Deeply masturbatory. The many non-het scenes feel written with a het perspective. Has an interesting premise but seems uninterested in it. Characters (including the protagonist) are vapid and immature. Everyone's face looks the same.

Hard but not too hard, a superbly stylish twin stick boss rush with fantastic music, consistently beautiful cinematography and a perfect length with more to experience in the postgame. Don't miss it.

Interminable. Abysmal gameplay. What puzzles exist are frequently obtuse. Overall the writing does a poor job telling what seems to be a well conceived story. Pacing and editing issues abound. Excellent voice acting. The visuals stand up 15 years later, and the settings are varied and atmospheric while thin.

Unless you're really committed to the story of The Longest Journey, I can't recommend this to a modern player
