Game is currently in a terrible state. Instead of adding challenging content for the best players, they decide to make the core game harder (and therefore grindier), when 90% of skills are already struggling at making it to endgame. Furthermore, 90% of melee builds can't do the hardest endgame content unless you grind 8 hours a day. Many nerfs were also not shown in the patch notes for the latest major patch.
