It's bland. Every server is full of no-lives with multiple prestige and diamond camo after the game being out for a week. Not sure why skill-based matchmaking works the way it does since it seems that if you are anywhere above level 20 they dump you into the pro servers. Content creators killed CoD.

I downloaded a mod that let me skip the memory minigame thing and I highly recommend you do as well. Other than that stupid part, I think this DLC is really good. I love the setting first and foremost as its very marine-based with horror. The new enemies are cool and the new weapons are even better. I also recommend getting the Bullet Counted Reload System mod as well so that the lever action rifle works the correct way. (I know that needing mods should probably lower my thoughts on this, but they are almost necessary to make the game run smoothly anyways so idc). Overall pretty fun time and they made me actually like the children of atom lol.

Also the way the 3 factions in this interact and the multiple endings makes me wish they had the same complexity for the base story.

tbh this game is boring

so far really enjoying. it's more borderlands how can't you. the dlc is kinda sad since it isn't the campaign precedent, glad I got it on sale either I probs wouldn't have bought. cooler level design and enemies than in 3, but sacrifices in terms of length it seems. sidequests are very rewarding in loot as well as funnier than I think any of the other games which is kinda saying something since some jokes in the past were kinda cringe. buy on sale.

gunplay is really solid. story leaves something to be desired especially the villains, but there are plenty of cool locations. multiple worlds with plenty of bosses and new legendaries makes this very fun in my opinion. dlc is also solid, but i think 2 had it better
