Lowest-common-denominator slop. Avoid.

Somewhere along the line, companies decided that the great arena shooters of the past weren't accessible enough, and eschewed everything that made those games great in favor of "press Q for free points". This game is most emblematic of that concept, and it disgusts me that this is widely considered a "shooter". It's a battle to see who can out-cheese the other, and nothing more. For fans of the legendary arena shooters of old, just keep playing Quake Live and Team Fortress 2.

It's like hockey, except you only head to the penalty box if you lose the fight.
