Grand Theft Auto V

The PC version of GTAV took me by surprise, not only was it an absolute pleasure to be playing the catching storymode once again, but to witness the amazing graphics. I was fortunate enough to be able to max the graphic settings out on my PC, and whilst I walk across Vespucci (Venice) Beach killing helpless civilians with my golden minigun, I daze off into the beautiful sunset.

For me personally there were some buggy moments throughout the game, but honestly I didn't mind them as they were very minor bugs.

Of course however, I had to install some mods to see if Rockstar had kept up their standards (as well as the modding community) and sure enough there was no let down. I had so much fun as I flew across the sky as Iron Man, or testing out custom ramps on a 'Dump Truck' and changing the Adder skin to a Bugatti Veyron.

$75 may be a little extreme for a game thats 2 years old now, but it was worth it. And the online community is even crazier on PC than they are on XBOX/PSN.

Pros:
- Astonishing graphics
- Mods are no let down
- Gameplay and thrilling story mode

Cons:
- Too expensive for a 2 year old game?

CS:GO Review
Counter Strike: Global Offensive

I've been playing this game on the competitive mode for around 3 months and have literally not stopped. Every one of my hours (I know 150 isn't that many but still) has been on competitive mode.

I am only a Master Guardian 1 right now, but can see myself ranking up to MGE soon. This is the best part of CS:GO, the excitement at the end of a win streak to see yourself rankup, but also the chance of a derank.

When I began playing the game I thought the graphics were terrible but honestly it fits the scene perfectly and matches the game style.

All in all it's a pretty good game, minus the annoying smurfs >:) and the occasional hackers. (That's a small hiccup in the game, honestly doesn't stress me out too much).

Pros:
- Competitive
- Great play style
- Tactical
- Cheap ($15)

Cons:
- Smurfs
- Some hackers

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

I have only been playing this for a couple of hours, and already I am amazed. Truly a fantastic game.

I am running on a GTX 970 4gb GPU, and it runs on Ultra settings in 60fps. It is a heart warming feeling when you can ride down the country side as the sun rises and experience such a phenonomal view of unbeatable graphics.

The story mode, so far, is catching and I can't wait to see where the long storyline leads me. Better yet, the vast amount of in-depth side missions and contracts (boss fights) is a great use of time if you need to level up a bit before you start your main mission.

As for the large map, I have seen many people argue that it is too big. I personally love the large map, giving a massive open-world experience, which reminds me of TES V:Skyrim. Again, the multiple choice(s) dialogue (in cinematics!) gives you more freedom over the character that YOU want to become.

Overall, I think this was a $40 (it was on sale) well spent. Worth $100. Honestly.

Pros:
- Lots of missions
- Beautiful graphics
- Multiple choices
