Oblivion, is one of my favorite games of all time. The remaster is visually beautiful. The experience is Divine. I plan to spend over 100 hours in this game.

HOWEVER,

I have experienced 5 or 6 game breaking bugs (including some NOT present in the original game) that have no way around EXCEPT the console.
because the console disables achievements I have lost HOURS of play time.

The original game's bugs are forgivable and even fun.

But, in a game as unstable as this
PLEASE allow console commands or patch the bugs.

While not on par with the RE remakes;

Its still a lovingly crafted rework of the original game.
The new definitive iteration of a 2000s Classic

Fantastic Role Playing.

the factions aren't as fleshed out or open ended as New Vegas,

But the companion system is fantastic and deeper than previous entries.
The combat is improved, the graphics hold up.
This is the most palatable entry to modern sensibilities.

If you're interested as a new player, this is probably the best place to start

Imagine Left4Dead but Starship Troopers.
That's it, that's the game...

Silly VR game that makes a great entry point to casual players.

A bit short but perfect to show friends and family VR.

Solid narrative driven action. Despite being linear, its a fun Indiana Jonesy adventure

Spectacular graphics optimized well.
