I bought this game in 2014 when it was a buggy mess. It still is a buggy mess. I logged in today for the first time in a year or two onto a RP server. Spent about 20 minutes searching houses while looking for gear then started running to the next town. On the road I encountered two people who came out from a bush and told me to put my hands up. They were heavily armed. I told them I didn't remember what key to press and I barely had gear or anything. They shot me in the head. On and RP server.... 0/10 DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. The bugs aren't worth the headache and what's left of the community is ♥♥♥♥.

Besides the infrequent and almost negligable updates, this game runs like garbage. I have terrible framerates even on lower graphics settings. It feels like there's nothing to do. The worlds feel barren despite seeing hundreds of (empty) player buildings upon loading up the game. Do not buy this game.

This game is slightly difficult to really accurately review, it's mainly going to come down to and individual basis. While the narrative and dialogue are extremely compelling, I feel like the game as a whole was somewhat lacking. Almost as if the ending wasn't entirely satisfying. It only took me 2 hours and 45 minutes to beat the game with the map position off, whilst stopping to read every note/ poster I could find. Based on the amount of time it took to beat, I don't think the $20 price tag is justified here. I could've used that money to go see a movie of roughly the same length twice over. Especially seeing as how this game really is more of a story than a conventional video game. The only gameplay elements even included are navigation and slight decision making (which has no impact on the ending besides a little dialogue).

If you enjoy a good "choose your own adventure" type of story, I say go for it. You'll most likely have fun trying to find your way around the map while also enjoying some of the most beautifully stylized vistas that I, personally, have seen in an indie game.

If you don't care for story and play games merely for the gameplay, don't waste your time or money. You'll find no enjoyment here.
