Peak space game that allows you to do anything you want
and has some of the most immersive space combat ever.
Has flight stick controls too.

We can't expect God to do all the work.

First off, I am a content creator for this game, I run a youtube account that for this game is nowhere close to being small (4.5k subs in under a year with an average of 2k-20k views per video). I spent years, thousands of hours playing this game. But things went sideways.

CCP created a lot of good will with recent expansions but managed to turn the place where a very sizeable, maybe 33% of the playerbase plays, nullsec, area of the game from bad to even more aweful:
People make less money, PVP is even less incentivized, big groups have to spread more allowing for less small groups to live there.

It is a botched major expansion riddled with bugs, unintended gameplay consequences and much more.
Losing the good will you built up over more than a year just within a single expansion's release is a feat quite astonishing.

I will change this review if they do actually manage to turn the game around again.

This is single handedly the best space survival game I have seen.
It feels like a combination of STALKER, EVE Online and Rust.

While the graphics are somewhat old and the maps are smaller then in Warband does the setting of the game make it up for. You can play a winged hussar, work for the king of poland, the russian tsar, or just overthrow them. You can also just be a bandit (and get beat up by the next best lord that will kill you with his 300+ troops)

Well, I played great britain and got the Royal Navy, though my mates in the round didn't like my royal navy since after that they had lost all their ships.

I bought this game sometime after it was first released for early access and saw the changes that happened to the game overtime. What I can say about the status of the game right now is that it's pretty solid and feels like a Men of War Game should feel, which is pretty good to say the least.
