Game is the most addicting drug there is, and i say that as a praise.
Even better with friends. Learning curve is steep for a beginner, but youll get the hang of things. Three words of advice:
1. Immerse yourself in the world and PLAY the characters you make. It isnt labeled as such but this is a roleplaying game that you can play with yourself. Kentucky is your sandbox and a blank slate for the characters you can create.
2. Ignore the playerbase. Do not listen to the elitists who will call you out for using multi-hit or some other rudimentary crap that only they care about. THIS GAME IS MADE SO THAT YOU CAN TAILOR IT TO YOUR OWN PLAYSTYLE AND PREFFERENCE. Anybody who judges you is a no-life geek. Have fun.
3. You WILL die. This is a fact of life in this game, so dont be too bummed if you die a lot in your first dozen or so hours. You'll make it champ. Just dont ever lose the mindset that death can come at any second in this game, take risks and test the limits of your character.
