Summary
Unlike the Elden Ring base game, where game focuses on Singleplayer, Nightreign changes things up to a format of a PvE Battle-Royale mode where a group of players aim to level up quickly before reaching the final boss. Gameplay very similar to the base Elden Ring game, but with a few tweaks to adhere to multiplayer fast paced action.

Gameplay
Unlike thje Singleplayer oriented Elden Ring game, this game is more of a combination of "Naraka - Bladepoint" (but Pve) and "Monster Hunter" series, where players need to find equipments, resources and levels before reaching the final boss. There is also a timer mechanic where players need to be in the circle, hence, coordination, planning overall teamwork is required. Unfortunately, no communication medium is provided for a PvE game, which is strange.

Graphics
The graphics are slightly improved compared to the original Elden Ring game.

Audio
The music and theme are relatively good, especially if you are using THX Spatial audio, either via Speakers or Headphones. Music and voice acting is quite good.

Controls
Controls are very similar to "Dark Souls" series both for Keyboard and Controller. For Controller, it is quite nice, however, a different story when it comes to Keyboard & Mouse. The auto-targetting is improved compared to the original Elden Ring game.

Bugs & Issues
1. Issue where team members cannot be revived no matter what we do
2. Climbing sometimes not working correctly
3. Some delays that seem to be from server end
4. Character skills not working as intended
5. Weapon skills not working as intended
6. Leaver issues, require to continue the game with one or two players, but retaining three player scaling
7. When there are leavers, unable to leave without triggering penalties
8. Currently no Crossplay available, making the pool for matchmaking relatively smaller
9. After the Everdark Sentient Pest update, a lot of game breaking issues especially when boss enemies disappear from the map

Conclusion
The game is very fun PvE game to play with friends, it can also be Singleplayer compatible for those who want an extra challenge. Due to the randomness of the RnG within the game, each run will be different, making it have high replayability. For the price, it is a good game, hopefully more features in future updates are included to make sure the game feels fresh. Game is fast-paced unlike most of the Soulsborne games, and slightly easier to accommodate to the multiplayer segment.

Summary
As a hardcore fan of the original Final Fantasy VII, Rebirth is relatively good. The game retains all the storyline and even adding more context and additional side characters. Overall the gameply is not like the classic JRPG format, but more of a hybrid between hack and slash, with some amount of RPG and Open World. Graphics are amazing, with some characters are slightly altered to fit more modern audiences.

Story-wise, it retains the original, but with some amount of twists where some of the original players may not like. Mostly the story flows the same way, which is acceptable enough. It would have been great if it was just a direct upgrade of the original game without touching the story.

Gameplay
Gameplay is focused more on an action RPG format where players control multiple characters when fighting. Whilst exploring, only one character is controlled. The battle mechanics are quite fun as it is a hybrid of the old JRPG turn-based format and the newer action oriented format.

However, unlike Remake, Rebirth feels a bit bloated and has too much unnecessary mini-games. The mini-games are too much, to the point it becomes tedious and not fun to play. Seems that the developers were out of ideas, many of the mini-games are just straight up filler content, whilst others are forced onto the player which is a hassle.

Graphics
The graphics is an improvement compared to the original game obviously. Optimization is a big issue when compared to Remake.

Audio
The music and theme are relatively good, as it also retains and modernized the original soundtracks. The voice acting and sound effects are also extremely good, especially when using 7.1 Surround Sound.

Controls
Controls are typically for third person characters, and the interface is very easy to navigate through. Great both on Controller or on Keyboard+Mouse.

There were multiple changes in the Keyboard and Mouse layout compared to Remake, due to additional gameplay mechanics added.

Bugs & Issues
1. Multiple stuttering issues
2. Invisible walls randomly happening when traversing the Open World
3. Horrible physics on objects, when party members are walking around, so many objects will be flying around

Conclusion
Unlike Remake, the replayability of Rebirth is lower due to the overwheliming amount of mini-games. I've purchased the game originally when released on PS5 and finished it, and now purchased it on Steam due to sales. No regrets re-playing this beautiful game. Was originally hoping the game to be a direct copy of the original, but with better graphics, but this format is good enough. Story-wise, the weird changes feel forced on, but acceptable enough.

Purchase the game when on sale, but as the game comes from Sony, it is very unlikely to get a very low price.

No game-breaking bugs found so far across multiple playthroughs. Only minor graphic or physics issues here and there.

Summary
Overall fan of "Monster Hunter: World", "Monster Hunter: Wilds" is pretty similar with some gameplay changes. Other than that, it is pretty much the same, but with a lot of work to be done. Game can be enjoyed solo or with friends. Story-wise, the game is better than "Monster Hunter: World" and "Monster Hunter: Rise", especially now the NPC "handler" is much more useful and not annoying as in World.

The game provides reduced character customization when compared to "Monster Hunter: World" or "Monster Hunter: Rise". Weapons currently do not have layered options, but improvements include that player can choose which armor design they want, regardless of Alpha or Beta versions. Wilds removes the "Palamute" companion and replaced it with a "Seikret", which does not assist you much when fighting a monster, primarily used for travel and escapes.

Gameplay
As mentioned, the gameplay is very similar to "Monster Hunter: World", where each weapon and skills are unique. A multitude of combinations can be experimented upon based on player preference. The game retains "Monster Hunter: Rise" feature where the NPCs also assist you in a hunt, apart from the "Palico" companion. The NPCs, unfortunately, cannot be customized.

The multiplayer is almost exactly the same as "Monster Hunter: World" and "Monster Hunter: Rise". Features such as "Clutch Claw" and "Wirebugs" are removed in Wilds, which reduces the mobility of the player, perhaps will be added on later.

Farming NPCs are also reduced, unlike in "Monster Hunter: Rise", players can employ "Palicos" or "Palamutes" to gather additional resources. The player "Room" is also completely removed, unlike previous games where players can showcase their collections of pets, artwork and decorations in their rooms.

There are improvements compared to the previous releases, such as, players can now check the "Crowned" monsters using their binoculars. There is also the "Focus Mode" where players can manually aim the camera when fighting a monster as a mechanic in the game. Layered Armor now can instantly be used as long as the actual armor pieces were purchased, unlike in previous releases, players require additional resources to unlock it.

Graphics
The graphics is a downgrade compared to "Monster Hunter: World" and "Monster Hunter: Rise", where there are multiple optimization issues. Even with best settings, it looks bad compared to the previous games.

Audio
The music and theme are relatively good, especially if you are using THX Spatial audio, either via Speakers or Headphones. Music and voice acting is quite good.

Controls
Controls are very similar to "Monster Hunter: World" both for Keyboard and Controller. For Controller, it is quite nice, however, a different story when it comes to Keyboard & Mouse. The auto-targeting is horrible to the point you have to disable it in order to play properly. Due to additional gameplay functions, more buttons are included which makes it very convoluted. An example of this is the Bow & Arrow, keys for it are horrible and convoluted.

Bugs & Issues
1. Poor Graphic Optimization
2. Severe lack of monsters compared to previous releases (*refer conclusion for the comparison with previous games)
3. No more delicious custom foods animation available in "Monster Hunter: World"
4. No layered weapon options
5. Decoration slots are now specifically tied to Weapons or Armor (e.g.: Cannot use Weapon decorations on Armor like in previous games)
6. No more "Clutch Claw" or "Wirebug" mechanics (May be added later?)
7. Each weapon movesets are slightly changed, making some more "clunky"
8. Monsters feel too "weak" compared to previous releases, where even "Tempered" monsters are a pushover
9. Character movement is very "clunky" as developers adopted the "Dragon's Dogma" animations (movement bound to where the actual character is facing and additional micro-animations, delaying any action), this is a horrible downgrade when compared to both "Monster Hunter: World" and "Monster Hunter: Rise" where the animation is much more fluid

Conclusion
Overly hyped game and is a downgrade compared to previous releases, but is a good PvE game with high replayability both singleplayer or multiplayer regardless. Very disappointed on the overall gameplay changes, graphics optimization and lack of monsters. Hopefully the above issues can be rectified in future patches, if it is, will update this review. For now, it is a 50-50 rating to recommend this game in its current state.

Overall, it feels like an incomplete game that was rushed. Below is the comparison of the monster list from all previous "Monster Hunter" games compared to "Monster Hunter: Wilds" to put things in perspective:

Summary
An open-world game where the player plays as the "Sole Survivor" from a vault. Overall gameplay similar to older Fallout games and The Elder-Scroll series. Amazing world building with many things to do, this in which may take hundreds of hours to complete.

Gameplay
Players require to farm a lot of resources to upgrade the various weapons available. Open world areas truly feel amazing due to random NPCs roaming about with various sidequests to perform. Players can switch between 3rd Person or 1st Person view depending on their preference.

Like any Role-Playing games, player can make their choices which ultimately changes the outcome of the story. Players can also build their own homes or groups called "settlements" and defend them. With the DLCs included, additional features are added, for example, players can also now become "Raiders" to steal from settlements or farms.

Graphics
The graphics is quite good, not the best. Stable on RTX2080, but requires minor tweaking in the configuration file to max out the FPS, due to being locked to 30 FPS by default.

Audio
The music and voice acting is relatively good. Sound effects are very good, especially when using THX 5.1 or 7.1 Surround Sound. The interactions feel a bit too much, so many "talking", interactions can be sped up, but not skipped.

Controls
Controls are relatively straightforward like most first person games. Nothing special, easy to adapt to.

Bugs & Issues
1. Enemies or player might get stuck in terrain
2. Random animation issues in cutscenes
3. Animation delays will become annoying and at times game-breaking
4. Actions performed like opening a lock does not trigger correctly
5. Random ragdoll physics issues
6. Multiple achievement bugs, causing a lot of frustration (Fixed either with mods, loading older save or Console Commands)
7. Random interaction issues with NPC or collectibles, reloading previous save usually fixes most issues
8. Various quest glitches
9. Many "settlements" have pre-built equipments and buildings that cannot be dismantled, it had become so bad till the point modders fixed them due to multiple complaints
10. Inconsistency between main game and DLC, especially in terms of building settlements

Conclusion
Overall a great game despite being quite old, similar to The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, the game is still popular, especially after the "Fallout" series being released in 2024. This game has an overwhelming amount of activities the player needs to do, great game for those whom like building things and have customisation for their RPG character. Despite being great, there is a lot of bugs that are needed to be rectified, either via Console Commands or Mods.

Summary
A fun third-person coop game revolving around the Warhammer universe (obviously) where the player plays as a Space Marine in an action and survival mode game. Players need to work together to overcome the challenges throughout a game session. The game is the continuation of the first Space Marine game

Gameplay
Players require to farm resources and points to fully unleash their respective class perks. The PvE mode can incorporate up to 3 players in a squad to complete a mission with various types of objectives. A lot of exploration in the game missions will be required, especially on higher difficulties to get resources and/or ammo. Campaign can be played either solo or multiplayer, however, is rather short. There is also a PvP segment to play for those whom are more competitive.

Graphics
The graphics are quite good, with extremely detailed worlds to explore. Character designs are based of the Warhammer universe which are extremely detailed as well with impressive amounts of gore.

Audio
The music and voice acting is relatively good. Sound effects are very good, especially when using THX 5.1 or 7.1 Surround Sound. In campaign mode, there is quite a lot of "talking" that cannot be skipped.

Controls
Controls are relatively straightforward like most third person games. The default controls for Keyboard and Mouse is a bit awkward, but, it can be changed to player preferences.

Bugs & Issues
1. Ammo/Item cannot be picked up
2. Enemies getting stuck and unable to move at certain areas
3. Invisible enemies/enemies not loading, but shooting at players
4. Getting stuck in the terrain (unable to roll/dodge out of being stuck, requires to be killed and respawned to fix this issue)
5. Team AI aggro-ing enemies at a distance
6. Team AI shooting through walls and aggro-ing enemies
7. Team AI not reviving or helping players to complete objectives
8. Very limited customisation for player character (mostly colour choices)
9. Weapon balancing is a bit rough
10. Multiple loading issues and multiple crashing reported by players. Disabling Crossplay does help on this issue, as well as verifying game files
11. Maximum of 3 players per squad, it would be great to have up to 5 players per squad
12. Game story is a bit too short and linear
13. Static map environments, if the map comes with weather changes and more optional objectives would be great
14. Unable to cancel out most of the animations (animations leaving players vulnerable)
15. Season Pass/Battle Pass will require players to fork out money just to enjoy certain parts of the game

Conclusion
Overall a good game with decent enough story and beautiful world design. Quite disappointed with the very short storyline and the characters are relatively forgettable. Choice of weapons are also limited, but when including perks, it does some variants. All-in-all, a fun game to play with friends, hope that later patches will include additional story, map and customisation. Not a fan of Battlepass/Season Pass where in-game transactions are required to enjoy certain parts of a game.

Summary
Overall a great expansion for the Elden Ring base game, where the story is inter-related, but not bound to the main storyline (players can skip this DLC without impacting the main story). It adds on quite a bit of lore within the base game.

Gameplay
Since this game is an expansion from the Elden Ring base game, gameplay is exactly the same, but with more quests and loot.
The loot, however, is extremely tied to whatever quest(s) the player partakes, causing high numbers of missable items. Each loot also can only be obtained once per playthrough, causing it to be extremely tedious. Initially, the enemies are extremely tough, regardless the players level within the base game, making it have a fresh feeling, where players require to upgrade their resistances and damage by collecting Scadutree Fragments and Revered Spirit Ashes. Multiple types of weapons are also added alongside other equipment for the player.

Graphics
The graphics are exactly as the main game.

Audio
The music and theme are relatively good, especially if you are using THX Spatial audio, either via Speakers or Headphones. Music and voice acting is quite good. One complaint is the lip sync of characters not matching the voice, as the main game.

Controls
Controls are very similar to "Dark Souls" series both for Keyboard and Controller. For Controller, it is quite nice, however, a different story when it comes to Keyboard & Mouse. The auto-targetting is horrible to the point you have to disable it in order to play properly.

Bugs & Issues
1. Primary issues is the auto-targetting as it will screw up the players orientation and camera, which primarily leads to death. Had expected the DLC and updates fixed this, but no.
2. Limited key-binding options for Keyboard & Mouse, no improvements from the base game.
3. Many cases where items loots are dropped and hovering in midair, where players cannot obtain it.
4. Multiple controls are bound to one key and cannot be separated (Example: Running and Dodge Rolling is tied together), similar to the base game.
5. Multiple cases where enemies with broken poise (ready for a critical attack), gets stuck within the terrain, making the player unable to perform the critical attack.

Conclusion
Unlike the main game and story, the enemies feel extremely cheap as they become damage sponges and hit like a truck. Exploration is also underwhelming. Too many missable loot which are tied to the quests and can obtain once per playthrough. For those hoping to collect all items/equipment, atleast three (3) playthroughs are required, which becomes exceedingly tedious. 50/50 on recommending this DLC, as it does not bring anything special when compared to games like The Witcher 3: Heart of Stone or The Witcher 3: Blood & Wine.

Summary
A cheap copy of the golden age of Rainbow Six games with reduced customization, actions and interactions. Overall had some promise to be more "realistic" but failed spectacularly with so much game breaking bugs and downright unbearable AIs.

Graphics
The graphics is okay, but having so much problems in terms of optimization. Poor in comparison to most modern games, but bearable enough

Audio
The music and voice acting is decent. As players require to use the voice "command" in-game constantly, it does not register properly where AI does not seem to detect the audio commands provided by players, be it enemy or allies

Controls
Controls are very straightforward like most FPS games

Bugs & Issues
Major bugs may include:
1. Ragdolls causing problems to interact with bodies (dead or alive)
2. Unable to interact with objects like doors, equipment and npcs which is obviously game-breaking
3. AI ignoring commands and "freezes"
4. NPCs stuck in animation, causing unable to do any interaction with (only fix is to kill them, which is a problem)
Stuck Civilian (Cannot interact):https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3143336836
5. Enemy AI can shoot through 3 layers of walls with pinpoint accuracy (absolutely insane and broken)
6. Enemy AI ignores damage taken, not flinching or not being stunned properly even with a direct hit
7. Enemy equipment falling under the map and disappearing
8. Enemy or Civilians teleporting due to some weird physics
9. Enemies (not equipped with relevant protection, e.g.: Gas Masks) unphased by smoke or stunning equipment, which beats the whole purpose of using them in the first place
10. Bashing/Melee enemies do nothing, as they just ignore the attacks multiple times (not registering)
11. Team AI can't go around the player even with sufficient space and gets stuck
12. Team AI can't register if there are hostiles around properly, clearly an enemy is nearby, but will register the area as "clear"
13. To get "S" Rank is near impossible seeing you MUST use NON-LETHAL equipment, with NO DEATHS and NO FRIENDLY FIRES, only possible to do this is with friends or 100% SOLO. Your SWAT AI are downright ret@rded and 50% of the time, enemy AI WILL NOT COMPLY OR FLINCH, PLUS SHOOTING THROUGH WALLS
14. Team AI is basically are ret@rd$, clearing a room and standing still doing nothing. MANY cases where the AI just ignores commands to restrain enemies UNLESS THEY ARE DEAD (PRIORITIZE IN RESTRAINING DEAD ENEMIES INSTEAD OF LIVE ONES!)
15. "Invisible" wall, weapons (gamebreaking), body or hitboxes that can even block your equipment (grenades/taser) and bullets
Invisible NPC: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3142122480
Invisible Weapon (Can't Fire): https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3147040108
16. Nonsense requirements for "S" ranks:
NO PENALTIES, NON-LETHAL, NO FRIENDLY FIRES M0ΤHERFÙÇKING BÙ||$HÍT!!!:https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3147038759
17. Enemy AI ignores any melee attack, I was bashing using shield multiple times and AI ignores it whilst punching me through my shield and incapacitates me
18. Enemy AI shoots through shields as if they were nothing, tested whilst static, moving, peaking with variable results. Sometimes they one shot you through shields (I see the bullets on shield/visor) then suddenly die WITH NO DAMAGE TAKEN
AI Shooting Across the map through shield: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/hybrid_dragon/screenshot/2335747743641253007/
19. Unable to collect evidence or report dead NPCs, OBVIOUSLY when going "S" rank, this BUG screws all the hard work being put in to do a "Non-Lethal" run
20. Bugged out achievements, not only it is near impossible to achieve with the AI being imbalanced, when you actually finish it, the Steam Achievement DOES NOT POP, WOW!

Conclusion
Overall had a good concept and showed promise, but, eventually turned out to be a disappointment. Only got this game due to being similar to the Rainbow Six games (Pre Rainbow Six: Siege). For those whom like tactical shooters, get this game only when there is a big discount or when all the major bugs are fixed.

Summary
An okay remake of the original PS1 Resident Evil 3, with similar story and gameplay, but with updated graphics. The game retains the "arcadey" feel of the original which is something to look forward to. However, a lot of content were removed and changed till you can barely compare to the original game. The game itself is exceptionally short and has way too many scripted events, feeling as if you're playing a visual novel game, rather than an action oriented game.

Gameplay
It is a remake of the classic arcade game and generally a survival horror third-person shooter game where you play as Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveira. Players must explore the environment to open doors and locks in order to proceed and/or upgrade equipment. Puzzles are required to be solved to gain access to areas and unlock equipment, since equipment and storage is scarce, players need to constantly manage their inventories.

Graphics
The graphics is extremely good and light, an obvious upgrade from the original PS1 game.

Audio
Music and audio is relatively good, especially when using THX Surround.

Controls
Controls are realatively easy and fine tuned both for Controller and on Keyboard+Mouse

Bugs & Issues
1. Animation and movement is very janky as it will make you wonder, why would any character move like that?
2. Your "Sprinting" feels extremely slow, more like a slow jog, killing the mood of the entire game due to no sense of urgency
3. No bugs for the game found so far

Conclusion
Overall an okay game, the only reason to get this game is nostalgia, as even re-playing the game feels more of a chore as it is too short with limited rewards. Players can actually finish the game less than 2 hours which is saying something (even some Demo games are longer, that is saying something), get this game only when on sale.

Summary
A port of one of the best Tactical Espionage game there is, this game is the 3rd installment in the Metal Gear franchise by Hideo Kojima that has multiple interesting game mechanics where players are able to choose how they want to play through the missions at hand.
It also comes with a deep storyline and character growth that gives high replayability. Can't believe this game is over a daceade old and still is awesome, whilst waiting for the Remastered version "MGS 3 Delta", this would have to do.

Gameplay
Players can either go full on stealth or guns blazing. Many things can be used by the user, especially the environment. Also, eating and healing is also a big component within the survivability gameplay, especially when played at higher difficulties.

Graphics
The graphics is extremely good and light for its time, the HD remaster has no issues on low-end or mid-end machines. Extremely detailed compared to most modern games.

Audio
The music and themes are very good like almost all games from the MGS franchise. The voice acting is also very good especially with the original voice actor, David Hayter.

Controls
Controls are realatively easy and fine tuned both for Controller. The Keyboard+Mouse variant feels a bit janky and unoptimized, unfortunately.

Bugs & Issues
1. Had some achievement bugs where it does not trigger (replayed and triggered successfully)
2. Had FPS related issues where the game becomes sped up

Conclusion
Overall a great game with extremely high replayability, a lot of fun when playing to release stress, since you can do so much that other action or semi open-world games could not offer. Re-playing the game with different playstyles is also fun, very high replayability overall.
