If you're curious about my VAC Ban.
I was hacked and its Steam's policy to not remove VAC bans from account even if they had no control over the account at the time, Even though they take a full 47 days to respond to an open ticket. and at least 2 more weeks to return items.
Steam would be one of the best services ever but their Support is the only thing that makes competitors appealing.
