Tip 1:
Be consistent: Practice your reverse strokes and galaxy goons daily to achieve consistency with your techniques. Also make sure to measure your FPS (faps per second), so you can maintain a good speed.

Tip 2:
Play with your team: Queue with friends and make sure to reach a hand to assist teammates in need. Covering each others breaks while jerking the other will create a steady goon environment

Tip 3:
Keep aware of your surroundings: Everything in your play area can be used for an advantage. If you have a donut you forgot to eat earlier, you can always hoop that on for friction efficiency

Tip 4:
Try new things: Make sure to try new techniques and methods to test your compatibility. The last thing you want to happen is for the opponent to get the upper hand on you by using a technique like the adrenaline pump stroke.

Tip 5:
Be toxic: Try to put down the other team's morale so you can have the upper hand. People who play Jerkmate Ranked are emotional players, so use that to your advantage in your next bout

Tip 6:
Don't queue in peak hours: I know this is controversial...but you want to queue toward the end of the peak hours when the players are both exhausted and at the lowest skill level. Saving your rr by capitalizing on basic ranked queue theory is a smart choice

Tip 7:
Train both arms (and other parts of your body): When you are in an intense battle with the opponent and you find yourself exhausted, it may warrant a switch to continue jerking. You want to make sure to make every body part a piece of your arsenal so you can win your games. I know this may be banned in some metas, but most games and tournaments aren't live streamed so you should be fine with bypassing the system

Tip 8:
Stay on pace: Do not let your opponent outpace you, as it allows them to get ahead of the game and earn more points. You want to be on par or even ahead of your opponent, applying pressure and allowing no openings for overtake.

Tip 9:
Never quit on a streak: If you are on a win streak, do not get off. If you are on a loss streak, don't get off. Simple as that

Tip 10:
Never give up: There have been plenty of games where the opponent is just the better player, or even smurfing in my elo. What's important is to keep your drive steady and never give up. I personally have beaten GrandMaster Baiters as a Platinum Puller, and it was mainly my determination and willpower at the time. This mindset helped me climb, and it will help you too
