RECEPT NA GULÁŠ

Začněte cibulí, oloupejte ji a nasekejte nadrobno. Cibuli pomalu opékejte na oleji, až je opravdu hodně tmavá, protože potom guláši dodává dobrou barvu.
Přidejte na kostky nakrájené maso a taktéž ho dobře opečte, zasypejte sladkou paprikou, osolte, opepřete, přidejte kmín, bobkový list a zalijte vodou – kostky musí být potopené asi ze 2/3.
Maso duste až do změknutí, je potřeba hlídat, aby se nezačalo připalovat a postupně ho podlévejte. Dušení bude trvat asi 2 hodiny.
Připravte si jíšku. Na másle nebo oleji osmahněte 2 lžíce mouky, až je hezky hnědá a voní. Do horkého guláše zamíchejte horkou jíšku a vše provařte asi 10 minut. Pak guláš dosolte, opepřete, přidejte utřený česnek a majoránkou. Dochucení je na vás, jestli máte raději výraznější nebo jemnější omáčku.
