This game has a lot of potential. I did not expect all the assets from Cities Skylines I, but as a bare minimum they could have included parks and similar packs. For Free. This game clearly going to become a cash grab and so I will not be investing any further money into it's DLCs. The base game was not playable last I played and have been waiting for traffic behaviour and management to be fixed. (In the CS1, this was done by modders.)

I suspect that they kept the modders at bay so they can sell their own packs without competition. However all this has done is drive me away.

I will ignore all DLC for this game, come back in 6 months, and find 3rd party websites that have hopefully fixed the games lacking features.

Great game with an ever changing meta. If you play, try and play with a group. The game is coming back, and with that comes bigger more organised groups. Which makes for more epic gameplay.
