This game is excellent, highly recommend but only if you play with friends.

Gameplay - The games overall feel has changed from a crappy RPG feel to a modern FPS (it's still not perfect but it is much much much better)

AI - FAR FAR better, they actually take cover and makes the game far more challenging

Graphics - Up to personal opinion, but to me they look good, and you must remember that mods improve the visuals greatly, with minimal performance hit

Quests/Story - Quests are varied and interesting, and the main story line (if you havent had it spoiled for you) is brilliant, however the endings are not great. The main factions are very interesting and all the lines between good and evil are blured, as each faction is good and bad in certain repects, and i personally found choosing a faction a hard choice because of the moral questions each one poses

Settlements - Basically no tutorial, but once you know how it works it is very good and you can easily sink 10 hours into making your perfect settlement which will make certain resources for you and gain caps from traders + LOTS of vary different locations to make settlements

SPEECH - Both one of the best and worst features in the game, the new system makes conversations flow better and the voice acting makes all interactions feel more meaningful, making the main story line even better at many points. HOWEVER the options you are given are fairly limited and you will often wander what your character will say to people (NOTE: there is already a mod to fix this). It removes a fair amount of choice from the game, and you cannot really play pure evil like you could in new vegas for example

OVERALL - Amazing game, even better with mods, feels like a modern shooter with more an amazing story and so much content my 50+ hours of game time so far have only scratched it's surface
