I've been playing since Civ 3 and this is another great game in the Civ series! Great mechanics, graphics, soundtrack and gameplay! Stays true to the concept of keeping 1/3 the same, tweaking 1/3 slightly and having 1/3 be completely new. Runs stable and without bugs. Absolutely a fully developed complete game worthy of its price tag. You dont need anything more than the standard edition to enjoy hundreds of hours of non-repetitive gameplay.

I don't undertand what the complaining in so many of the reviews are about. It was the same when Civ 6 came out. For some reason so many players don't want the game to be different from the last one. Then what's the point of a new game? If you want something like Civ 6, then buy Civ 6. If you want Civ 5, then play Civ 5. And to the reviewers complaining about the lack of functionality such as auto-explore, if you need to automate explorers, then you probably should go for a less complex game than Civ. Automating Civ gameplay is like buying a fancy DSLR camera only to shoot pictures in Auto mode.

Kudos to the developers for actually creating so much from scratch instead of re-hashing the previous game and just giving it a new name, pretending it's a new game, like so many other studios do.

So far it absolutely holds up to the high quality and standards of the original and the Crash expansion DLC. Good value for money! :)

I completed the main story line in 12 hours. At that point I had only completed 37% of the game! So much end-game/side-quest content! :D (As of writing this I'm at 57%)

I liked that it was less fighting, but more interesting fights than the original. The puzzles are great, and the game mechanics are a good mix of "old and familiar" and "new and exciting".

"Click on all the sheeps on the map". Really..? Is this the sort of nonsense gameplay I paid money to experience? No thank you, refund it is.

And by the way devs, after two years why haven't you still fixed the inaccuracies in the "tutorial" that can lead to players getting stuck at Mining Miracle?

90 min fra start til slutt uten å skippe noen cut scenes... Det meste av mini games fra originalen mangler. Mye av animasjonen er skandaløst dårlig. Virkelig synd.... Det blir refusjon her
