Blatant scummy sales tactic of selling people a game, letting it be for a bit to make sure they spend all their earned super credits on the garbage that's available at the time because they thought they bought a complete game and so they might as well buy things as they're available and THEN drop a patch that NERFS what was actually decent and add a new category of things to spend medals on that costs 1000 super credits and are clearly meant to be the new meta things that can actually handle heavy units post patch AFTER the majority of their player base has spent what they can get from medals.

Punishing players for buying your game and enjoying it WHEN IT COMES OUT rather than waiting to see if a company is going to do shady things like this is a good way to kill your games reputation.

It would have at least been more understandable had they given those who already own the game like 500 super credits when this dropped as a thank you for buying the game so early into it's life span but no, it's clearly ALL about squeezing out as much money from one game as you can, reputation be damned.

Looking forward to changing this review when they patch the game enough to fix this issue.

Amazing, I love Dark Souls games and this one doesn't disappoint in the least!

I have to use mouse and keyboard for a game that exists for consoles? Why? Why is gamepad not an option?...

do you enjoy extremely poor optimization? more than occasional game crashes? how about constant large updates that fix little, break more and eat up loads of your bandwidth? if you answered yes to one or all of these questions then you my friend will LOOOOVE Ark!

This game is simply AMAZING, GET IT!

I admit right now that i illegally downloaded this game when it first came out just to avoid buyers remorse issues later, but having said that it is SUCH an amazing game that i not too long later purchased it on steam to play with other ppl and support the developers because it is seriously just so good. i just wanted to put that out there cuz of the controverseys ppl are having over whether DRM is a good or bad thing and so in this games case it was a good thing that earned it my money. :)

liked the game, on the other hand it has it's fair share of flaws, it suffers from a lack of diversity as far as end-game character builds/armor goes which makes it really generic and leaves you feeling less than proud when you finally get that perfect set that makes your character the best he can be. on top of that idk how it is now but they made you pay for extra character slots before and now it seems they only let you sign in with one account and then lock you into that account, it's rather terrible if you're like me and had 3 accounts to avoid paying for character slots... aside from those big issues i love this game and it's very well designed. 8/10 imo.
