Actually, its a mixture of table users (assuming you mean cheat engines) and people who use existing save files to have every single gear at level 1.

I see what you're saying, you were courteous. I've been conditioned to KOS most invaders, you see a lot of table users regardless of level I'm afraid. Down to earth invaders are cool, especially ones that make you think outside your comfort zone, its hard to break a habit of KOS reds.
