I'm 63 now, 23 years ago I had no clue what a sigma male was. I mean I've heard the term but didn't really pay attention to it. When I finally did, I was shocked to find out that I was a sigma male. I've always felt 'out of place" in social settings and wondered why people would act like they didn't like me without knowing me. It was a blow to my self confidence at the time until I realized who I was. I no longer care what people think about me. I now know who I am.
