If you cant find your server and it doesnt show up in Recently Played on:

Let a friend of yours, who has the server in his recently played on list, send you his UserOption.sav file.
user > AppData > Local > Pal > Saved > SaveGames

Copy Paste his file in the SaveGames folder an overwrite. Your character wont be affected by this, only your options (sensitivity, grapics, ...) are affected by this. You should now be able to see the server.
