My first negative review. After only 2h I gave up on it. The different classes felt lifeless, balance is off, fight wasn't engaging. Nice premise, decent graphics, even the sound wasn't bad. However, its a crappy game.

Overall all a great game. However most of the game involves your first 50 turns in both single and multi-player. There is hardly anything you can do to strategically speaking. AI is weak, and unable to adjust to tactical strategies (ie where to attack and where to defend).

If you are a fan of 4X, it is worth the while to pickup. Even if you have never played a 4X space grand strategy, it is worth picking up as your first entry into 4X.

Really wanted to like this product - but was left wanting. Battle Brothers superior hands down.

Maps/Campaigns are poorly designed, with no real concept of pacing. More options does not increase game breadth or depth.
