actually worth the money. i felt i was getting scammed out of money, when i first stumped up cash for this, to take part in their birthday party. however, they've done some really stunning work on this. everything, from the event, to the weapons, has been really good fun so far. not done the dungeon yet but it looks good.

I was enjoying Destiny 2, and from what I've seen so far, this is an improvement on that.
If this style of game interests you, I recommend you give it a try. My favourite game currently.

This game improves each patch. I missed a good old FPS and right now this is ticking all the boxes. Well done Bethesda and ID!

I wish I could just give my copy of this away. It sounded like a great game, and loads do enjoy it, it just wasn't for me though and I bought it along with a few of the expansions in a sale. Think I've only played a few hours. Such a shame and such a waste seeing as people love it. C'mon Steam, can't you add that function? I'm sure the Dev's would rather someone played it. It's not like it's piracy if I can't play it after gifting it to someone. Maybe I should of refunded, but, it took me a while to get round to installing it. Guess I'll recommend it.

I bought this as I love FPS but never really got round to properly playing. I booted it up the other day only to find they've added Arcade Mode. This really is quite something, and, it's the best single player fun I've had in a FPS in ages, if not, of all time. None of this dealing with lesser stuff and building up to the harder guys like in the Campaign. You're thrust right in there with the big boys on a lot of the maps from the get go. What an amazing addition! There's tons of maps too. If you haven't played Doom in a while I suggest booting it up, or, re-installing. I can see me spending a LOAD of time on this. Just stunning!

i got this game on sale not really expecting much from it. all i can say is 'wow!'. i have been looking for a game of this ilk and play style for some time. this really doesn't disappoint. the story, well, it has one. to be honest i probably couldn't tell you it. however, i'm not much of a story guy. i've played some great story driven games in the past and the answer is much the same.
controls are so basic with basically near enough all you need on your mouse and movement buttons. yes, there some other buttons to press, but, you could almost get by using just the mouse and movement buttons by comboing them up. speaking of combos, fights have combos much like say streetfighter or mortal combat. it reminds me of the old classic games where they were so basic but still hugely entertaining. i 'really' enjoy this game.
control is responsive, graphics are above average, the story is more than adequate. a strong 8/10 for me, maybe even a 9.

tl,dr; basically when i finish the story i can definitely see me going back and trying hardmode. that, for me, is a massive compliment.
go buy it if you like sound of an early version of tomb raider with swords instead of guns and bows.

you can now be the next Stanley Kubrick!
