Another PC fps ruined by aim assist. People either spoof or use controllers and people using MKB suffer the over tuned and powerful laser beams that no human could match. I bet that their data shows that low IQ AA abusers spend more on cosmetics so they have decided to prioritize that over competitive integrity.

Played for 10 hours and was very, very fun. I expected this game to be another bad indie game and boy was I wrong. There are minor glitches that aren't game-breaking like looking down the rocket launcher then bringing up the build menu will get everything messed up for a bit (same with sniper scope). Usually, text-to-speech voice acting sucks, but this was okay considering that it is part of the story. Maybe use a better voice? The game ran well until the last 3 missions. I am using quite a powerful system and it was a slide show by the end of day 9 and the entirety of day 10.

takeaways:
Great game for the price.
Take about 6-12 hours to beat the current mission (they say more are coming).
The text-to-speech voice acting.

Off-topic side note (spoilers):
This didn't take away from the game but as someone who has worked with AI for the past 6 years and used everything from genetic-algorithms to tons of different NN, and things as simple as intelligent state machines; I find the plot as narrated by the text-to-speech robot to be unbelievable. People like tech-CEOs and anti-vaxxers are always saying that AI will destroy people after learning about them. This is just not the case, human intervention exists from start to finish (even with NNs), and honestly, AI has been able to think faster and better than humans since its first application. The only thing to fear is not the AI deciding to turn on us and smart-IoT-toasters having complex philosophical ideas about existence and deciding on the destruction of all biological life but rather humans designing AI with the explicit/(or implicit) purpose to kill other humans. People have such uneducated and misinformed views about robots/AI that they even think BattleBots are real robots. I would compare thinking AI will replace us of its own accord with the idea that RC controlled cars are "RoBOts." Humans will likely die off before the final battery runs out on a robot but this doesn't mean that they are the genetic children of humans or that they "conquered" us. Anyone who legitimately works with AI and has spent hours contemplating its future is more scared that their initial parameters are what will cause the death of a person, never that the AI will decide on its own to do so. Machines-DO-NOT-THINK they perform operations that a determined by a human, they follow commands perfectly and can conditionally branch based on data. Every decision a machine has ever made was actually made before the code ran by a human. Even NN (neural networks) while invisible in its design is clear in its operations, we do not know perfectly how the model became the way it is but we understand the model and control the outputs it can perform. An AI has never, and will never, fire a gun we didn't hand to it and show how to use then explicitly explained when to use. Stop fear mongering, you are a game dev and you are free to write whatever you want, but from a computer scientist, please don't add to the ignorance people have about AI.
