♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I really hate my legs. Seriously. This game absolutely wrecks.
The controls are challenging, but easy to learn (hard to master).
This game is totally worth $10 (or so), you might not spend 10 hours playing it in a row, but damn are you going to keep coming back to it, bang your head on your keyboard, walk away, get really mad, scream a little, come back, and try to throw this little turtle down another cavernous abyss back to the beginning of the game.

Biome 2 within my grasp, but i swear to god if this dev messages me again and asks why a 5 year old can beat this and i can't, i'm gonna refund this thi.... oh. i spent 6 hours in it already. Guess i can't refund anymore either.

Dev: Thank you. Thank you for making my life miserable, thank you for abusing me (and my friends) in this game, and thanks for letting me give the turtle a really good toss down a virtual pachinko machine.

Now that the game is out as 1.0, this is a fun 15-30 hour bum-rush followed by another 30 hours of grind. You and your friends will have tons of fun building ♥♥♥♥ that isn't "Square blocks".

When you're done, you go back to square blocks, and it feels totally different! Great job devs!

I hate his legs! Jeff is SO slow. Seriously. They said Jeff can jump? no he can't! He can do a little wobble and fling himself like a grasshopper to the next platform. Jeff wants me to suffer. Jeff hates me.
This game is for people who want to crank up some Spotify, or get on a twitch stream, get abused until they give up and can't take anymore, then come back to get abused some more.

The game says "So easy a 5 year old could beat it" Apparently i'm not even as good as a 5 year old! So i talked to the dev for support, i had to find out why this game was so brutal... He told me: "Your tears. Nobody will beat this game" (Ok i might be paraphrasing here... but i swear he probably laughed when i told him how hard of a time I had).

Seriously. Jeff abused me today, and i kinda enjoyed it! I need MORE.

Tutorial beaten in 1 minute.
Head beaten against desk after my first 5 jumps. Thanks dev! I needed this like i need holes in my head (Mainly my mouth and nostrils so probably quite a lot to be frank) :)

... oh... and the Genre... Psychological Horror... no seriously. The GAME... IS the Psychological Horror. Your play time, your jump fall-down length... all of that is part of that horror. If you stay sane or beat it, you're a chad for sure.

After a Year One blunder, this game took 6 more years to fix everything we considered to be an issue. Seeing what's going on with Helldivers 2 makes me think that maybe Sony had more to do with the problems at Hello Games than anybody/anything else.

Yes. For democracy. If you need a railgun to defeat armored opponents, you don't deserve the railgun.

Great game! incredible story and graphics. This is what games like this were made to be!

Treat this game exactly like it was intended to be played, a PVPVE experience that plays more like an open-world pirate rogue-lite or adventure game, than an RPG. You will die, you will lose treasure, and you will hopefully pick yourself back up and get new supplies and start fighting for loot all over again. You can do this!
This dedicated team has made some incredible improvements since the game first released, and i'm happy to own it both on Steam and XBox Game Pass

The servers are bugging out, and having a few issues, but that does not mean that this game doesn't have potential. I'd recommend it for people with patience, who enjoy ARPGs and enjoy playing through a good story as well. It's gripping and interesting.

What i can't overlook:
Blatant inspiration from Warhammer 40K
Blatant Inspiration from Caldeum in Diablo 3
Blatant issues with Lag with framerates bouncing from 120+ down to 15 back up to 120+ down to 15 during battles. This shouldn't happen on a 14 core 28 thread machine, with 128 gigs of ram and a 2080ti playing at 1080p. Absolutely shouldn't be happening. This is indicative of sync lag between network and server. Once servers have been stabilized, this game is absolutely worth the money paid for it (around 30-40 bucks).

I beta tested the hell out of this game back in the day. Glad to see it was finally released, but there are a LOT of quality of life issues. Like selling items. I want to be able to fast-sell items. Ctrl or Shift and Right click would make it easier, especially if i can click super fast to dump a whole inventory into the store. or maybe sell by rating. All common, all magic, all rare. ETC.

This was definitely the right move for Destiny 2. Steam is the platform that works best for this game. I'm glad we got to transfer it for free, and this was a big plus from me to Bungie and Activision after their decision to release the game from Activision's Battle.net platform.

The game is great! However, nothing beats the ability to continue owning your game even when companies decide to change markets. THANK YOU.

The only thing I dislike about this game is the lack of an intro/tutorial. It's hard to start in this game never hearing of it, not knowing anything about it, and suddenly realizing that everything will kill you when you look at it. Gets a bit frustrating.

That being said, once you get the hang of this game, it's fantastic. The building is great, the survival aspect is great. The graphics are fantastic.
