The levels are well-designed, providing both loud and silent solutions. I played silent, and, though it was pretty much "Go to security room --> Deactivate cameras --> Knock out all bad guys --> Finish," it was always engaging. It may have something to do with the fairly short length of the game: you'll run through the stealth formula about five or so times and, before you know it, you'll have finished the game. Short and sweet, I guess.

In addition, fairly typical Deus Ex story, involving the meddling of the Illuminati in world affairs and intrigue within Adam Jensen's taskforce. Definitely not as compelling as the first Deus Ex, although if you haven't played that then this game can easily give you a pretty good taste of what makes the series pretty good.
