Surprisingly fun so far. Definitely worth giving a go, the game has come a long way since launch. Only gripe so far is performance is less than spectacular, but I also don't have a very good PC, so it's to be expected...

A worthy successor to Left 4 Dead 1 and 2. Time will tell if it will have the longevity L4D2 did, but is it fun? Definitely.

Invokes all the same feelings I remember from first playing Left 4 Dead as a kid, which is definitely some much needed nostalgia.

Give it a go, even if you have to wait until it's on sale. It's worth it!

This game would have thrived so much if they had just waited to release it until after they finished the multiplayer.
Ghost War, the multiplayer PvP mode in Wildlands, is a F A N T A S T I C multiplayer experience. It was released only recently, and although it was fairly barebones it really hooked me in. The singleplayer is still very fun and I have spent a lot of time in it (even if it can get very repetitive), and it is of course more fun in co-op, but the multiplayer is why I have to recommend this game.
All content updates to the multiplayer are free (like Rainbow Six Siege) and it's a great tactical 4v4 game. At this point in the game, there are only two modes. Elimination, where you just have to kill the enemy team, and Uplink, where you must control an uplink to win the round (of course, killing the enemy team works too).
There are also several amazing classes, a decent variety of weapons, and fantastic customisation. Fans of tactical multiplayer shooters should like it a lot.
The main downside, to me at least, is the lack of players. Because it was released so late, and because the initial learning curve can be rather steep, there aren't a lot of players. But when you do find a match, it's worth it.
Even if you don't want to pay the full price (which is understandable, I didn't), try it out on sale. As of writing this, it's 50% off so if you can, pick it up,

It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ horrible but it's still fun in a weird way. Haven't played a Call of Duty game since MW3 back on Xbox 360, but I'm enjoying this in a strange, stockholm syndrome-y way. It's badly optimised, laggy, glitchy, unbalanced, and it's still the same ♥♥♥♥ as every other COD I've played but I keep going back to this beta. Knowing my dumb self I'll probably end up buying it. ♥♥♥♥ Call of Duty it has no reason to be this fun while being this garbage.
