Dystonic shadow: a disowned part of you shaped by trauma, trying to be seen, but rejected by the ego for feeling monstrous.

6th of April 2025 I tried and failed to kill myself by overdose.
Perverted by a life of sexual abuse, I am not a survivor, I died when I was six.
2025 I finally started getting help, but I know there is nothing left to salvage, because I'm proud of my corruption.
That realisation sent me over the edge.

I have embraced my shadow. Shame and guilt don't exist when you're in the abyss.
Only pleasure and pride of the things I was expected to reject. I have accepted them fully now.
