Receita Francesinha Tradicional à Moda do Porto
Ingredientes (2 pessoas):

Sanduíche: Pão de forma, queijo, bifes de vaca, salsichas frescas, linguiças, fiambre, sal e pimenta.
Molho: Cebola, alho, cerveja, tomate ou polpa, brandy, Vinho do Porto, vinho branco, vinho verde tinto (opcional), molho inglês, mostarda, colorau, salsa, maizena, caldo de carne (opcional), louro, leite, sal e piri-piri.
Modo de Preparo:

Molho: Refogue cebola, alho, azeite, louro e colorau. Junte tomate, caldo de carne, bebidas, molho inglês e mostarda. Dissolva maizena no leite, adicione ao molho e tempere. Coe e aqueça.
Montagem: Em pão torrado, coloque fiambre, bife, linguiça e salsicha grelhadas, cubra com queijo e leve ao forno a 200°C. Sirva com molho.
Dica: Acompanhe com batatas fritas e adicione embutidos ou ovo estrelado.
