Having more 1000s of hours (11,000 hours) than elo (10,000 elo) is crazy work in 2025. Go watch a warowl tutorial or something. I have half your hours in CS and somehow nearly double your elo. 26/100 aim rating after 11,000 hours is a sign of an intellectual disability and motor skill deficit stemming from stroke or congenital birth defects. 3/4ths of CS2 players have better aim rating than you, you have the aim of a literal hardstuck silver. Literally privated his csstats account by manual request due to getting roasted for terrible stats despite hours. Likely peaked in gold nova or bottom 20th percentile of ranks in CSGO.
