Only played for 86 mins at time of writing:

A great concept for a game to take real life maps and places to loot from.
I made it super difficult by choosing a countryside area where there was little to loot and required going out of your way to try and keep everyone alive.

I haven't done a major city yet, but I assume its going to be loot filled and a lot easier.

The game is quite cool in the aspect of being able to choose real areas, although these area's are not highly detailed and the generation can be a bit iffy as its based off some mapping source, but it does a good job.

The quests to progress in the game are great, and the availability to research to enhance your survivors is a brilliant feature of the game.

It would be nice to incorporate more buildable structures rather than just taking over buildings, and maybe some form of coop gaming ability so that you can survive with friends and trade or maybe even pvp!

The negative stuff:

Sometimes the game is a bit clunky for clicking units and getting them to do what you want. Sometimes units when they have used a vehicle to get to a location will prefer to try and walk back to HQ instead of going to the car. Maybe its a tutorial thing, maybe its just clunky.

Every now and then I get poor optimisation issues, but they dont affect the gameplay.

Otherwise, game is great and worth the money.

Dev's - would be awesome to build some Coop into the game for extra fun!

Well, its an ok game, I like the idea of it, but unfortunately I had to refund as the inventory system (or lack of) triggered my anxiety and stress levels.

I think the main thing that got me was placing items into containers, its just clunky and awful.

Otherwise the game could be enjoyable.
I can see why the good reviews as the game is decent, it just has a really clunky item movement system.

I cant recommend it at this stage, if they make the placing of items into containers better I may repurchase it.

Wow, So many quests, an absolutely huge map, a technology tree that keeps going. This game is Skyrim / Fallout 4 multiplayer on steroids. So awesome, such a brilliant game.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game 10/10. Love the sleep Wolfenstein 3d games aswell, such a great thing to bring back to life.

Fallout 4 is great, its one of my most favourite games ever.
Starfield is Fallout 4 with space and planets but less radioactive monsters! but with evil aliens instead!
All we need now is dragons and we can have the added skyrim experience!

I am getting a bit old now in life and I haven't had a game that makes me want to come straight home and keep playing. I am glad to announce that Starfield is giving me that level of satisfaction!

Should I have paid £85? definitely not!
Do I regret my choice? ask me again a week before payday!

Basically just buy the damn game, too many people are not supporting the developers of games these days.

I cannot see why anyone would ever want to post a negative review on this game.

2. Its price is amazing for the hours of fun you can have.

The whole game is well developed and really well designed. The game has enough variation and chaos to easily keep you entertained for a whole evening worth of madness!

Just buy it, support the developer and enjoy their art.

The developer is worth every penny.

Please remove yourself from the internet and do not come back.
Your kind are constantly hating everything that has ever existed and your negativity is useless and a waste of time. The game is £4, its a one person developer. if you didnt like the look of it, why did you buy it?!

The game feels awesome to play and the intricate story has been well thought of and acted out.
Actually chuffed that I bought into the hype this time as the game is awesome.

However, there are performance/optimisation issues and I am sure they will be patched in the near future, but they are not game breaking and the game quality is still miles ahead of the half baked releases we are seeing nowadays anyways.

Oh good! the ALT-F4 key works amazingly in this game when you are having a bad time. Love this game, until I die 6,000,000,000,000 times, then it becomes annoying. but i still keep playing despite the amount of death and "Praise the Rump" messages!

Oh my God, extremely inexperienced at this game. This is the great foraging and water collection simulator.

The first time I played it took me about 15 seconds to get murdered by a spider. Then I died as I had no idea what to do and ended up dehydrating.

Then the Wayward gods gave me a cabin on my next spawn! hurrah!

By this point I had watched a don't be a noob video on youtube and realised that the game doesnt work the way I want to play it.

Far from it! The game is cruel, untamed, and loves to set fire to all your crap when you least expect it!

needless to say... I love it, an absolutely brilliant gem of a game. It is a beautiful example of roguelike, the graphics and UI fit perfectly together.

Although be warned, its not for the feint of heart, this game requires you to learn to and want to survive.

It is a brilliant game for losing several hours of your life to!! :-)
