It finally looks and runs like it was advertised, almost 3 years after release. Beware of AAA titles people.

Locked at 60 fps, jittering, graphics downgrade, all the important community mods are removed and broken after the release of the legendary edition. They did this version dirtier than they did Vanilla Skyrim. So Bethesda is telling you to wait for 10 years for a legendary edition to release for their future games to enjoy a proper full game. Please just don't buy anymore Bethesda games.

This game has bugs that the original doesn't and a lot of controls don't work sometimes. This is plain bad.
