Some people say that footballers earn too much for kicking a ball around on a field. One of the highest paid footballers in the premier league is Wayne Rooney, he earns a total of £260,000 a week and yearly he earns 13.5 million. I think he earns too much for what he does. A doctor saves lives and earns around £28,000 to £80,000 depending on length of experience and someone in the military who risks there lifes and they earn around £18,000 to £48,000 a year. That is only a small percentage of what some footballers earn a week. Dont you think that is ridiculously?
