Though it seems like a fun puzzle game, the colors are so bright that it hurts my eyes and gives me a headache to play.

I absolutely loved the original Transport Fever, and this game offers many quality of life imporvements and additions. I love it!

As a student on my way to a private pilot liscence, I find this game a good way to learn a lot about piloting paying much less than I would have if I learned it in a real airplane. It is better to accidentally enter a spin in a simulator than in a real plane. Especially when playing on the VATSIM network, it is a lot of fun, due to the realism from actually talking to Air Traffic Control. Whether you want to become a pilot or just want to play a fun game, this is the perfect game/simulator for you.

The only positive from this DLC is the factions system and war. The PvE modes are absolutely boring to me, so I recommend against upgrading, unless you are one of the few people who the PvE modes interest more than the PvP modes.

I want to start this review by saying one thing: This game is legitimately interesting in concept, It is pretty cool to see combat between these three different factions.

However, this game is definitely not for me. I spent about 3 hours playing this game, and though I definitely noticed that I kind of started understanding what is going on, I still kept feeling like the mechanics felt almost unfair. There were times that I was fighting trying to block an attack from the bottom left, my mouse was obviously pulled down and to the left of the center, and yet the game decided I would be trying to block an attack from the bottom left...

I played mostly as the Raider, the basic viking warrior with a giant axes as his weapon, and every time I would play against the assassin types of characters, I was absolutely powerless to fight them. I couldn't hit them with any of my attackes, they were too fast and could either hit me before I hit them, or dodge out of the way. Though yes, the assassin characters are definitely counters to my style of character, in a game with such a few amount of characters, I feel that there should be no true hard counter the way I felt it. There will always be characters that do better or worse against others, but this was simply too powerful for a 9-character game.

Another minor grip I have this game is the performance. I launched the game, and it set itself to maximum graphic settings, which would run at about 30fps, and graphics would look stunning. I have a 144Hz monitor, and because I wanted to take advantage of it, I decided to turn down my graphic settings to the minimum. This barely did anything for the performance, increasing only to around 70fps, while graphics still look nearly as perfect as they did before. Though I know it is a somewhat minor gripe, I would like to be able to play at a full 144fps and turn the graphics down further. In a game based on PvP like this one, I care little for how it looks, and instead about how it plays. Though it didn't feel overly laggy, it was enough to minorly annoy me. It also leaves me wondering how it will run on a lower end system, not running a gtx780. Also, who was the idiot who decided that turning motion blur on would be the default for evey preset besides the minimum graphics? The motion blur is absolutely horrible, and makes me, who has never felt motion sickness or anything of that sort, want to puke.

Despite all these gripes of mine, I actually did enjoy playing the game - but only when playing with friends. I would never buy the game for the current $60 price point, but if it were to drop near $10 or $20 for a sale, I might consider it.

This game started out being quite a lot of fun. It reminded me of Portal, with mechanics that appear to be inspired by game such as Portal, all while sparking an interesting discussion between myself and others who have played the game about AI. It only took me about 4.5 hours to beat the game. The price point of $20 while not on sale is far too high for a game with so little gameplay, especially when it got stale after an hour or to.

It quickly got stale. The puzzles seemed to be too much of the same eventually. What bothered me the most, however, was the ending.
SPOILER ALERT: The ending was simply dissapointing. It was built up to be epic, and when I noticed the game was over, I had high hopes - but I was let down. Though it appears to give you the option whether or not to kill Ava, regardless of what happens, you have to kill her. I thought there would be multiple possible endings based on the final sequence of events, but the only option is to kill Ava. This is what let me down more than the rest.[/spoiler

While very short, it is a very fun 20-30 minutes. I definitely recommend giving it a go, because it requires almost no time commitment and is free.

If you are not a fan of this type of 2D fighter (which apparently 93% of people are), this game won't change that. To me, it feels like an attempt at the Super Smash series with inferior hit detection, repetitive moves and crappy characters.

Very enraging, but only because that one friend you have that can host servers will only have access to it every other weekend, and will decide to reset ti every time you play.
