I only played the co-op but I'm sure base game is just as fun.

I played base game for around 50 hours, but community servers (such as surf, bhop, etc.) are what have kept me playing though. Gunplay is good, movement feels nice, and although community can be "toxic" it's all in good fun.

After playing 400 hrs of bhop, I gotta tell you, even though the community can be toxic, there's really some great and fun people you can meet in this game.

After almost 800 hours, all I can tell you is movement is too much fun in this game also combat ffa surf is hella fun

After 900 hours, comp is finally fun again, i've gotten back into bhop a bit and combat ffa surf is not as much fun anymore but still a good bit of fun.

after 1000 hours, uhh its okay im just addicted to getting better and i use it as a coping mechanism now fccck

I used tModLoader for mods and I have done many playthrough with mods. It's very good it makes the terraria experience fresh and new with each mod

When I first got this game, I played through it as myself. It was slightly interesting, but overall not too much fun. So, trust me, that is not how you play this game. The whole reason I got back into the game is because of hearing about Fallout: New California (a great mod, i suggest it.) and I decided to make a character that wasn't just me. Right now, I feel like an idiot for not thinking that it's a RPG. Role playing game, not play yourself.
Anyways it's graphics are good, in my opinion, for when it was released. But if you want a prettier game, there's a lot of mods to make it that way. The main story is great, but the true fun of this game is adventuring around and finding the side quests. There are 2 complaints that I have, firstly this game crashes and that it chugs a lot. There are mods that fix these crashes and the chugging of the game, so I'd highly suggest getting those. I forgot to mention the shooting, VATS is great, but as many other reviewers have said, the guns outside of VATS are very non-reactive.

Overall, this game's story is great, graphics are ok, and a few suggestions for you
• Install mods to fix crashes, chugging of game, graphics improvement, and more/better content.
• If you like New Vegas, you'll also like the mod, Fallout: New California.
• ! IMPORTANT ! Don't play as yourself, play as a daring adventurer, scavenger, or just The Courier.
