Texas chainsaw hacker

I don't even know how to explain this but this dude is the most blatant cheater I have ever been matched against. Doesn't even hide that he tracks people through walls and hits 90% HS. Overwatch clearly hasn't done it's job since players like this are still in prime MM. If you ever get matched against him just auto report so this cheater gets banned. He is silver stuck and primlocked in rust even with cheats. It's sad people like this even exist.
