Przepis na naleśniki z maślanką:

1,5 szklanki mąki
2 jaja
1 szklanka maślanki,
1 szklanka mleka
mała szczypta soli, 1 łyżka cukru
masło

1.Zmiksować składniki ciasta naleśnikowego (na jednolitą masę bez grudek mąki), można użyć miksera lub trzepaczki. Odstawić na około 30 minut.
2.Rozgrzać i natłuścić patelnię małą ilością masła.
3.Nakładać porcje ciasta za pomocą łyżki wazowej lub miarki kuchennej o pojemności ok. 1/3 szklanki, rozprowadzić po całej patelni.
4.Smażyć z dwóch stron i odkładać na talerz.
