Early Access Review
The game is quite fun, it definitely needs some more features and has some issues but its more solid in early access than a lot of games are at release. I wish it had a queuing system for building/deconstructing as sometimes people trap themselves and I wish I could build a well for basic water rather than having to make booze all the time for people to drink.

Don't buy this game. Its been in 'early access' without any updates for years. The studio abandoned development on it scamming everyone who supported it.

The Tenants is a pretty fun game. Some aspects of it are still a bit rough around the edges but that's to be expected in an early access game.

Jobs can get a bit repetitive while trying to make enough money to move on to the second area and some aspects of the UI could be a bit better but the solid core gameplay is fun and works well. All of the decorating and remodeling parts of the game work great.

This game is not done. It feels like its on the edge of being great but honestly if the developers consider it 'complete' then they were shooting for a great game 20 years ago.

I really really want to like it and I plan on playing it again in a few months after a few patches but honestly if you have to refer people to look in the install folder for the instructions if they get stuck... and its 2014? you are doing something wrong. That was acceptable in the 90s, not now.
