While the idea itself is fun, the execution is poor. For this price I'd expect something better, unfortunately this game feels like an asset flip with empty terrain filled with free foliage and nothing but fetch quests. Lack of polish is showing as well. You can set waypoints, but you can't remove them. There's no collision with charles and your train so half of the time charles just clip through my train and I shoot him while he's literally inside me. For that price I'd expect AA quality, but I don't think it's even A quality. Save your time and buy something better for less.

Very fun game. Lots of unique locations, weapons and enemies, and has a lot of rats if you're into it.

Rockstar for years continues to sell a game that is TOTALLY UNPLAYABLE due to active anti-piracy measures that have been exposed by Vadim M. on YouTube. If that would be done by some small indie dev/pub there would be a massive backlash and their reputation would be ruined for ever. But because it's Rockstar I can't even get a refund from Steam and for some reason it's certified as "Playable" for Steam Deck. You won't be able to get past the tutorial gate, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!

Interesting concept but poorly executed. Kona attempts to merge many genre characteristics and fails in each of them.

There's 'survival' element that's mostly scripted, heat gauge acts as a timer, the other two gauges are most of the time irrevelant. 90% of items that you collect and are not story related are useless and there's no point of using them/can't use them.
Game looks like it's open world and linear at the same time. There are invisible walls EVERYWHERE (even in a chase sequence), you can walk where you want along the paths but the game does not tell you where you should go despite it being entirely linear. Missed one thing? No problem, just check every location because game does not give a hint or marks places you've been. Also there are loads of loading screens when driving around that resemble half-life loading screens (in 2016? Really?)

Story ends abruptly and ending makes no sense. Either they ran out of time/budget or they need to hire a new writer.

The graphics are good, and the game has a certain vibe to it and I like it, but that's it.

Developers are stuck in 2009 and the game shows it

This game has so much wasted potential. Capcom abandoned the game very quickly. There are many problems with netcode, lack of any anticheat solution and some balance issues. Despite that I still love that game. It offers a very unique experience that to my knowledge no other game does and I highly recommend even just trying it. You'll either fall in the group of people who love it or hate it. I fell into the first.
