very fun platformer

I've never been a fan of hero shooters, but this game is ridiculously fun. It's incredibly supportive of its more casual audience, which is particularly what keeps me hooked. While there are some balancing issues I don't like, such as autoaim characters who just have to have you on their screen to be able to hit you (Wanda, CnD), the game is overall very fun. It's definitely worth the download, even if you don't end up liking it after all.

The game is fun, however, the community is an incredibly toxic cesspool. Double standards in this game's community are insane-- survivors may run the most busted meta builds and flashlight bully you the entire game, but the second you leave someone on the ground for more than 10 seconds to engage in a chase you are automatically a "toxic slugger and tunneler." Survivors may play however they want, but killers must follow a set of community determined "rules." I highly recommend you only play if you go in with the mentality that you should lose 50% of your games and win the other half.

This game is very clearly inspired by old Animal Crossing games, and it is great to play if you want something mindless while still maintaining a sense of accomplishment. You can tailor your experience by going into private lobbies or playing only with your friends; personally I stick to the latter and I've had a blast. The character creator is cute and charming, and there are plenty of things to do that don't involve fishing. You can punch your friends into the ocean or gamble away all your money. The fishing is the highlight though, and it definitely scratches my collector's itch. Put simply, Webfishing is one of the best $5 purchases I've ever made.
