Having a thought about something from the past while doing something and subsequently remembering doing the thing while the thought from the past is triggered since the thought is connected with the memory of the action which is now in the past followed by remembering doing the thing and thinking about remembering the thought that you thought about while you were doing the thing that now is connected with that thought.
