INITIAL THOUGHTS
5+ hrs in with two characters.... So far this is a pretty fun game. I choose to avoid the Chaotic Great Edition (bought for my child on Xbox) and opted instead for buying the DLC independently which ended up giving a little more for the cost and I still saved money. I love the DND homebrew feel, and the story line is just a good make believe fantasy story that's super basic and fun. So far I've shot thru tons of undead and would recommend at the point of these initial thoughts. One thing I do not like are the menu systems which do feel a little clunky. Overall game-play makes up for the clunky menus though. I plan to do a full review after I beat the game.

THOUGHTS
This was a story I'd been meaning to play for quite some time. It works great on the Steam Deck which is the primary reason I chose to play this now of all times (got my deck at the beginning of June). The gameplay was super easy but it carried a really heavy story that I instantly felt connected with. It wasn't enough to make me cry but I've heard some people have had that reaction. Overall I rate this 4 of 5 stars.
