The story is very intense and great it also has its ups and downs.
Dying light is one of them games you either
A) mess around with your friends
B) mess around by yourself :(
C) mess around with your friends but also do main story
D) play seriously with your friends and get on that 24/7 non stop grind!
E) play seriously on your own :(

There is 1 main story in which normally takes 24 hours messing around but still doing the story but if your trying seriously, maybe 6-8 depending on the weapons you get and upgrades also the play style.

There is a second story in the DLC "The following" which is quite fun but is based more around the religious aspect but there are a lot of awesome people you get to meet and also our favourite two characters, Tolga and Fatin again but theyt seem to be the only 2 characters from the first story that we meet later again.

Overall after you finish the story it depends how you like to play your games, if you like to play relaxed this isn't really the game for you after the story because theres only side missions or the following DLC left to do or grinding to reach a certain level to get insanely high damaging weapons in which you become the most overpowered for no reason as theres no pvp aspect and its just to get later broken.
Then theres the serious player style, the only reason you would really play after the story is to flex all your good weapons to random people.
And finally least but not last the friends; this is definitely great for a group of friends to play and crack jokes about or even play sweaty and try and speed run some dlc's.

Overall good story, good dlc's over than the weapon and blueprint dlc's and a lot more enjoyable with friends.

If you need to learn but you horny, this is the game for you.

UPDATE: I've been playing this game since 2016 when it was fun, now I want to commit suicide more every hour longer I play this but still continue to play.
