The game is full of enough goofy RNG aspects that it stays fresh. Other games come out, but I always come back to RoR2. Playing with at least one friend if highly recommended to help farm/share items. Dying is usually not too frustrating as it is quick to get another game going.

Public multiplayer are not bad, but you will occasionally come across the frustrating item hogs.
