Never liked Pokemon, or Monster collectors much, but the fusion mechanics, story, and huge amount of content makes this game something special. And the soundtrack?

It hits me. Makes me feel funny things in my heart. The worst things about this game are how short it feels to play through, and how the "choices" you can make as a character, aren't really choices at all. Those two things don't hurt the game too much, but are VERY noticeable after a while.

Amazing game either way. The devs should be proud, and more folks should play it.

P.S: I require a date with Sunny. And Clemence. And almost all the Captains.

Give me more choices and more people to Romance.

Great game with a great story. It is indeed quite short, but for the price, the quality of the art and story, I think it's worth it. It's nice to finally have some Tron content. GOOD Tron content.

Don't buy seasons, and don't play this game until bungie's business practices are tweaked

If you are like me, and don't have the time to play Destiny 2 for 10's of ours per day, but still wanted access to the Season Pass content, such as Season of the Seraph and so on, and you paid the 100$ entry fee to get all seasons and the Witch Queen, but find yourself never being able to complete them, then I am sure you are wondering if you can access previous seasonal content to catch up. The simple answer...

You can't.

The Seasons and season passes are premium live services that appear once, and then are gone forever. If you are new, DO NOT buy the seasons if you do not have the time to put into them. You will literally not get your money's worth. Just by the DLC's standalone. The game cost's enough to buy into already, and as a live service, is rather anti-consumer with such practices, mainly because they can resell seasons later, and pray on FOMO (Fear of Missing Out).

So I warn you, DO NOT BUY SEASONS (or play this game) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CONSTANT TIME FOR DESTINY, OR WISH TO DO OTHER ACTIVITIES BESIDES IT.

A pretty neat program to have fun with every once in awhile. I had many noteworthy adventures.

Very addictive action RPG loop with aggregious prices for cosmetic items. One of the best games i've played regardless. Wish I played it sooner.

There are definetley some dumb things in the game when it comes to microtransactions and currencies, but the story is rather inoffensive, the soundtrack is awesome, and the gameplay is highly customizable. It's defintely good enough to sink a few hours into.

The game is less of a mixed bag, and more unfinished. The base game is VERY good, but it just so happens to be bogged down by bugs that interrupt gameplay often.

As for the gameplay itself, it requires patience, and team work. It is not a simple shooter, it is a team-based co-op game that punishes you for breaking up and working for yourself.

As for things I truly don't like, and that you should be aware of.
1. A lack of customization. What is there is good, but it could be MUCH better. Alot more facial options, armor, and weapon customization should be added for FREE
2. Micro-transactions. They are not the worst I have seen, but they are still asking alot for what is on offer.
3. Lack of story. There is indeed a story, with cutscenes and interaction with NPC's, but it feels rather barebones (However, this does seem to be setting up future events.)
4. Bugs. Game crashing, graphical performance issues, and progress saving issues galore.

As for things I DO like
1. Beautiful level design. The levels in this are VERY lore accurate, and when the graphics aren't forcing your PC to chug, it really immerses you.
2. Dialogue. For the few voices you can choose from for each class, the character banter is AMAZING. The refrences and sheer awareness of some characters is a treat.
3. Weapons. They feel like they look. Meaty, chonky, and blam blammy.
4. Teamwork. Though there isn't enough punishment for people not working together in quick play and public matches, what is here does still steer you in the right direction. Things like coherency and support abilities are great.
5. Progression. Besides penances, the progression in this game has great visual representation. Seeing yourself go from reject to Acolyte is a great feeling.

All in all, a good game with some serious flaws that may ruin your experience. If you know what you are getting into, and have patience, a real gem waits for you. If you are not patient, and don't like being forced to work as a team in an already stressful and bug ridden game, then look elsewhere.

Scorn is genuinley one of the best pieces of art I have ever seen or played...emphasis on art. In terms of gameplay, it all revolves around immersion. It wants to make you feel like you live in its world, like you can feel whats going on, however, that world is a Giger-esque nightmare. I think the mechanics really reflect that. There is no hand-holding, no regenerating health, and most things can easily kill you, and cannot easily kill them. It is also a game built on interpretation. This is one of those games that some people will love, and others will hate, much like art pieces. If you take your time with it, and digest what is given to you at your own pace, I think you will have a memorable experience at the very least.

Genuinely a good game. There are some odd performance issues, like explosions crashing the game, or the occasional glitch like suddenly losing the ability to pick things up. Besides that, even in its solo mode, you have a really compelling loop of upgrading, customizing, and mining. Very fun. Still needs more players, so if you are hesitant, go ahead and give it a shot!

Genuinely one of the best stories I have ever seen in a video game. The game play in experienced mode is great in the detective segments, but lacking in segments involving other activities. But I think the game play is simply a way of connecting you to the story, and these characters. Your choices (in experienced mode) really DO have consequences. Some you may come to regret. This game is very good.

Maybe it will even give you new perspective.
