Into the Breach is another fantastic game and a favorite of mine from the last decade. Did you enjoy combat in Final Fantasy Tactics? Then you'll love this game. The combat is simple to understand and difficult to master. You'll fall in love with the soundtrack, too.

While there are unlocks in the game, none of them make the game easier to play. The game only becomes easier as you gain game knowledge and combat experience through playing. And once you master it you'll see that it's possible and common to have perfect runs even on the hardest difficulty setting.

Just as in Darkest Dungeon, sometimes this game appears to throw you into situations where you cannot win. However, there are countless ways in the game to mitigate and prepare for risks. Every decision you make is important: from placing units at the start of each battle to the path you take to clear each island.

You should play this game if it looks even slightly interesting to you.

Feels like playing a game that is just starting early access. This game just needs more bug fixes to be enjoyable.
