Very good game but almost gave it a negative rating because you cant play as a goblin. 9/10, would be perfect if it wasnt for the rampant goblinphobia

Let me start off my review by saying this: this is not a $30 game. Although this game is fun and has great mechanics, in no way, shape, or form is it worth more than $20. I have sunk 72+ hours into Prison Architect and found it inteuging but not breathtaking. All I ever do is stick all the prisoners a cell and let them fight, Im evil like that. I find that fun, many people will fidn the cell options fun as well. It really depends on your play style and also the price of the game. If its on sale for elss then $20, by all means go for it.

I think this game is quite fun. I have sunk a few hours into this game and havnt ran into any issues. The graphics are actually really nice, the mechanics work very well, and the side story is actual quality. They put a spin on the classic turn based games is that there is an actual story. I havnt seen many of story oriented 4x turn based games. The ebst part? You dont even have to try playing the story, you can just dominate the entire map as you please.

First off I dont really play to much RTS, but this game got me hooked. I started out playing the AI and it was realativly difficult at first, it jsut bombards you to begin with. But I learned the turtle stratagy and that helped, but then I went online.. . Needless to say I got destroyed.

Ive seen a lot of hate for the game from backers and I (me not being one) was not disapointed. I recommend it, at the tiem of writing this Ive sunk 36 hours into this sucker and it was really fun. I get into this mindset that Im the hero and that everyone else is the villain (Which in a way can sum up the world). Its just fun to kill a bunvh of robots and blow shtuff up. Simple as that.
