The game is very fun when played with multiple friends. Coordination with other players during missions is the most important factor.

Overall pretty hardcore - don't expect any generic leveling/experience mechanics from other games - whatever can one-shot-kill you at lvl 1, will be able to do it as well when you reach lvl 150 (the max lvl. cap).

Objectives require strategic approach and thinking - rushing in as a one man army will get you easily killed. There is loot to be found during missons, but the grinding isn't that bad compared to other games.

You get a feeling of satisfaction and relief after completing an objective. If it's possible to clear an area/objective from a far distance - you should probably do it to.

Hopefully, there won't be SONY shenanigans in the future anymore.

One of the most iconic RTS games of all time. Great community keeping the game alive after all those years.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...what a story.

The only thing which I find stupid about this game is the fact that they chose to put a single button for the use of the entire cover system. A lot of the times I found myself wanting to do a set of manouvers and it felt so sluggish and unpleasant. Example, you are behind cover and you want to aim above it or to the left/right, but the game doesn't let you to, even though it's clearly visible that it would be physically possible to do so.

Great CoOp game

Edit after 900 additional hours later:

It's a very challenging PvE game, it takes a while until you get used to the game mechanics and feel. The difficulty scales up with the amount of players in Multiplayer. There are 10 total perks, so there is quite of bit of XP and time to grind, especially if you plan on prestige-ing 5 times everything.

Very nice RTS, great command & conquer game. It also has mod support.

Official servers are dead but C&C:Online keeps the multiplayer alive.

The campaigns are okay. The cinematics are not too over the top, but not too bad either - something in-between. They are fine for a game from 2007.

The only thing that you could find displeasing is the lack of in-game subtitles during conversations, but it's not game breaking.

The last good command & conquer game in my opinion.

There is only one campaign for the Nod faction. Some people might find that a lackluster experience.

At least it provides new units for all factions, and not only for Nod.

Multiplayer is supported by C&C:Online, official servers are dead.

The new gamemode is underwhelming, i get they tried to do something new, but that direction surely wasn't the right one to take.

It's a great successor to Tiberium Wars. Oh and in order to play Kane's Wrath, you have to own Tiberium Wars on steam too.
