It's definitely not the one made by Moka, it's a different one.

I am currently trying to disable the attachments for your weapons as well as for other CW 2.0 weaponry. For doing that, I remove the tickles at Q -> Utilities -> CW 2.0 SWEP´s -> Admin. But after pressing apply the tickles reappear. And even after a server restart it does not work as it should do. I still can use and attach attachments for all my CW weapons as user and also as an admin. After the normal variant did not work I tried to disable them with using the "cw_disable_all_attachments_on_spawn" command on my client side console. According to the console, the vars are changed to zero and it also works fine as long as I dont restart my server. But after the restart everything I changed is gone.

I have replaced the bullets with a entity laser for some to have as fun weapon rewards for events. In doing so recoil breaks and the bullet spread is also broke.
