I grew up with this game as a child when it released in 2002, bought every expansion, edition since the release.
Really good work with the version from the ground up, still exactly how I remember just with better... well, everything!

I am currently in the process of completing the game on TITAN diffeculty and expect some serious AI changes, tactics that used to work might not work as expected in this version due to AI improvements.

Age of Empires with Gods, what more do you want!?

I played the original release of this game, by far my favourite AoE title, the mythology for all the races is really interesting and opens up your curiosity to look into all and just get lost in the wonder (well for me it did, and really helped me with a few classes at school at the time believe it or not).

With the announcement of the "retold" version being released at some point this year, i found myself coming back to the game, the game still holds up well even with its dated visuals but the story is interesting to follow, endless fun in the random battles mode. The best bit about the game for me was the sound tracks, they just seemed to fit! The nostagia you get when you listen to any of the tracks is amazing.

If you are a fan of the AoE type of games and you love any form of mythology! this game is a must!

10/10 personally! I look forward to many more hours of play!

Game is very good for the online CO-OP PvE itch you need.
There is multiple level difficulties where the game becomes more challenging with more enemy's/variants the higher you go.

You can join your friends at any level and join them in any mission difficulty, you just might struggle with your lack of equipment but that is about it.

Only issues ive experienced at the moment is a few crashes caused by various reasons but the developers are already aware of the issues and in the process of fixing.

I played this on PS2, I loved it then and I love it now!
I don't own the remastered trilogy but I've heard that those flopped because of the mobile developers used, visually amazing but not polished as good as it should have been.
Can't go wrong with the original classic and play the game as it was originally meant to be played!

DO NOT BUY! Every time i loaded the game and go threw the intro video it crashed when loading into the crash cam section. I looked online and it seems to be full of bugs and crashes but the one i was experiencing was because i had a webcam so told to disabled to fix, it did not! This game was great back in the day, its just a joke now. best to leave it where it was, back in 2008

Steep learning curve, stunning visuals, unlimited amounts of content if you are willing to go and look for it. Real time skill training so it will be a while before you can do anything serious (and thats after you have trained your core skills what is extremely advised). Game is run almost 99%% off player input as it is a sandbox mmo, so even the smallest pilot can make the biggest difference and of course with that, be very careful of suspicious player activity in any form! May result in loosing your ISK or your ship (situation dependent) so fly safe and play safe! I have more then a few hundred hours in the game on steam and much more on the official launcher, still have lots to learn about the game and i would say i havent even scratch the surface of the games capability!

I was recommended this game of a mate of mine, although I am not the best at this game i am completely hooked. I now own it for mobile and Playstation. TIP: The second you start a new prison, close it so you don't receive and prisoners, then you can focus you attention on Grant completion and setting up your forestry for slow income. Then when you are decently established and organised, open your prison.

I loved this game when it came out, the detail and the combat was unreal! i was a natural monster player, and the stages allowing the bonus to the side that won the previous rounds is a great touch. But this game did not go well for some reason, i am guessing it was just bad timing or the genre just was not very popular. I paid £35 for the official release of this game when it came out on disc so i have all the bonus's and such. Shame this game did not progress further, it had great potential in my eyes.

Not normally a genre i play and even after the all the hours i have put into this game i am still not good at it in any way. But, its addictive! I love the fantasy world and lore behind the game it really is a fantastic game. just wish i had a top of the range gaming pc for max settings on 4K HDR 144Hz and press "K" mode for the cinimatic beauty :)
