While world tour mode has tons of graphical imperfections the game is ridiculously fun to play and controls like a dream. Very glad for the adoption of a simplified control scheme that turns it into more along the lines of something like Super Smash Brothers for casual players like me, less memorizing button directions for a move and more reading your opponent. Can't wait to keep playing and unlocking more masters.

Fun engaging combat, and some of the best environment design I have ever seen. A stunning game so far and a wonderful escape to the world of Harry Potter.

Also donated to National Center for Transgender Equality, also glad the game does not align itself with JK's views right from the character creation screen.

Cannot wait to play the rest.

I tried the game in beta a year ago, and the largest positive I can give it is the controls are at least far more responsive for this official release.

When the tutorial is actively frustrating, and the bottom suggestion is to just completely skip the tutorial, when it would be solved by just letting you skip THAT TRICK. Also why would pulling down on the left stick result in a low pop ollie? Instinctively it does not make sense.

Additionally the goals are awful and require you to go into the menu to see what you still have to do. Also telling me to "Do a pressure flip" after giving the instructions once, and then not being able to see the instructions again is annoying and unintuitive.

Wish it was a better game. Control system is great, just wish what is around it was better.

Excellent game. Graphics hold up even in 2018. Great mix of horror and action for me. Story is a little disjointed, you have allies that come and go quickly, but keeps me invested in the realistic setting.

Early Access Review
While there is very little here for content so far, the most important aspect the controls are AMAZING. Smooth with great animation design. When it's fun to just do simple flip tricks onto rails it is a very good sign. Can't wait to see what the future holds for the game.

Tried to pick up the game because I loved Tekken 2 back in the arcade when I was younger.

Unfortunately is seems the game is geared towards experienced players to the point that it severely punishes new players.

Complete lack of a Tutorial. For a game that rewards skilled play and punishes mashing, this was GREATLY needed. Punishingly hard arcade mode from the outset.

Also don't enjoy the darker color patette and techno music.

For long time players, pick it up. Newbies? Look elsewhere.

Great characters, amazing story, fun gameplay, iconic soundtrack, and a timeless aesthetic.

The best single player experience I've had in a first person shooter since the origional Halo.

Love the setup, the mountain is great. But the tricks, the tricks are so incredibly difficult and unnatural. Also the geforce meter, while a great idea, is terribly exicuted. Any contact with a rock drains it immediatly, even if your perfectly level and just tap it with your board.

Unlike SSX or Skate, it's not fun just to move around. Your constantly thinking about the controls, fighting them to get them to do what you want. For tricks on the snowboard, I would love it if they had a preload setup like SSX, but have it be a little less stiff. It doesn't make sense to jump -> then trick because that is against how you go into a trick in real life and these types of games have not behaved that way since the days of Tony Hawk.

I wanted to love it, but if its not fun to play it doesn't matter how amazing everything else in the game is.

Edit: The issue described below has been fixed, copy is now of much better quality. Recommended.

When I buy a film digitally, I expect it to be shown in the framing that it was theatrically released. NOT watch a film that was shot and displayed theatrically in 2.4:1 be cropped to 16:9 by some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ intern.

I wanted to try out buying movies on here, never EVER again . Steam is ridiculous for having a no refund policy on this, I was not delivered what was promised.

While sometime overly violent for the story, the game is perfectly paced and very fun to play. A grand adventure.
